Based on the research of Barbara H. Wixom and Hugh J. Watson, managers should strive to implement data warehouses that have high data quality and especially high system quality. The keys to achieving high system quality appear to be high-quality project management and successful acceptance of and integration of the data warehouse into the organization. The factors associalted with achieving high data quality in a data warehousing environment, however, are still a research issue.
